Respecting Your Readers, Part I: Time

Time is finite. Attention, more so.

Respect your reader’s time. Consciously or not, they appreciate the gesture.

Write what is necessary. Cut what is extraneous. Concision is an art unto itself.

This post is short — intentionally so.
